Ahmad Romman is currently working as Facilities Management Associate Director with Diriyah Gate Authority Development (DGDA) for over 3 years. Ahmad had more than 13 years of experience in Facilities Management and more than 16 years overall experience which contributed to shape his skills and knowledge in the Build Environment and Building’s Services.

Ahmad is holding BSc. Electrical Engineering and MSc. Construction Project Management, as well as he is a Certified Practitioner in Asset Management. He has been well known in the market of TFM and iFM services in Dubai and Riyadh for his passion to improve the FM services delivery models.

Appointed as the General Manager, Amani Al Moajil is leading the overall operations for Enova in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In her role, she is responsible for consolidating Enova’s growing market position in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through client retention, accelerating the digital transformation, and addressing the built environment sustainability challenges.
One of the Kingdom’s first female Saudi national senior leaders in facilities management, Amani brings more than 18 years of experience in the energy and facilities management industry, and a proven track record of high-level service to Saudi Arabia’s engineering and industrial sectors.
Amani previously held the position of Contract Manager, Project Management Consultancy at Wood, the global consulting and engineering firm. During her tenure, Amani earned multiple awards, including for integrity and financial responsibility. She was also featured globally in Wood’s communications for “Showcasing Inspiring Women Across the Business.”

Andreas is Director of Virtual IT, a company offering Computer Aided Facility Management solutions with presence in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Cyprus.

Andreas has an academic background in Computer Science and Engineering and extensive knowledge and experience in the initiation, organization and management of innovative solution with experience Digital Transformation, Unified Communication, Asset Management, CAFM technologies and Smart Building Systems. Since 2004 he has been implementing Asset and Facilities Management (CAFM) software solutions in the Middle East and Europe based on WebTMA CAFM Solutions from TMA Systems.

Andreas is a member of the technical committees of the ISO 55000 Asset Management and EN15221 / ISO41001 Facilities Management international standards. He is also a member of the subcommittees of these standards related to FM Digital Technologies.

Dr. Hesham is currently the GM of technical affairs at State Properties General Authority. He is involved in activating and applying the international and local standards such as the National Asset and Facilities Management standard and the Saudi Building Code in the governmental buildings and facilities in order to increase the efficiency of buildings using and the protection of the assets & energy management.

He has been a participant in many seminars and conferences & reviewing the National Guide for Asset and Facilities Management, as amended by the Authority for Expenditure Efficiency and Governmental Projects.

Maher Al-Aghbar is the Managing Director of Muheel Facilities Management. Having more than 35 years of experience with strong focus on Facilities Management and Energy industry field. Before becoming Muheel’s MD, Al Aghbar held numerous executive positions in Facilities Management / Technical Services within the region and across different countries such as USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Japan, Kuwait, Egypt and the UAE where he was responsible for ensuring all aspects of facilities and services, including strategy, planning and operations performed with excellence.

Al Aghbar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Practical Mechanical Engineering Technology and a Master in Electro-Mechanical Engineering. He is also an active member of FM associations such as Middle East Facilities Management Association (MEFMA) and International facilities Management Association (IFMA).

Mohammed is a Specialist in the field of Infrastructure Projects, rehabilitation & maximize the benefits of assets. He has previous experience in the development and operating of irrigation networks and related systems and implementing environmental / landscaping projects in Jubail Industrial City. He also holds a B. Eng. in the field of Civil Engineering and M.Sc. in Environmental Science Program.

Nicholas Powell is the General Manager for ENGIE Solutions in KSA, and has over 30 years’ experience working in the facilities management field across various roles. His background ranges from hands on experience to senior management roles managing ENGIE Solutions’ local and regional operations.

Nicholas has progressed through, ensuring that he understands system and client requirements. This experience allows for him to be extremely thorough when dealing with customer and workforce alike.

Sameer is a member of the HxGN EAM Sales organization and focuses on business development in IMEA (India, Middle East & Africa) region. With over 20 years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management, Sameer leverages his experience to support customers and prospects across multiple industries including Utilities, Facility Management, Healthcare, Manufacturing and many more.

Mr. Samer Yamak is a regional speaker, panelist and SME leader on smart cities and digital transformation bringing more than 21 years of experience in the Middle East and working with global organizations such as Microsoft, Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco, Orange, Honeywell and PwC. He is currently a Regional Director for Advisory on smart cities working with clients and assisting their C-suite level in achieving their growth potential and expansion plans by co-creating their strategy and services roadmap. Samer’s main focus it to maximize employee productivity, collaboration and teamwork and citizen engagement while addressing the challenges organizations may face when it comes to employee engagement and collaboration. Mr. Samer holds an MS degree in Computer Engineering and two MBA degrees from the UK.

Steve has over 30 years’ experience across all levels of Facility Management. Has worked  within Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Defense, Healthcare sectors in both  the Public and Private Sectors. Fifteen years in the in the Middle East. Most recently as General Manager for reputed FM Company’s in  Saudi, UAE and Qatar dealing with VVIP clients. Holding Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Management  certifications, he is the General Manager managing all operational aspects of the organization.
