Eng. Ali AlSuwaidi is the Chief Operating officer of Global Village and one of the influential leaders of the facilities management and asset management industry in the Middle East. He has been in the industry since the nascent stages and has been tasked with a range of prestigious, mission-critical, high-profile assignments. His valuable volunteering contributed to the growth of the industry in the Middle East and especially GCC countries.

Eng. Ali is one of the FM subject matter experts worldwide and a visionary speaker participating in facility management workshops, conferences, and seminars. Amongst many other important tasks, Ali was the first operation head for the tallest tower in the world, Burj Khalifa.

In addition to being one of the key founders of MEFMA and a prominent figure in the Middle East, he also has a great impact and huge influence globally by being the Vice Chairman in the Global FM Association (GFM) since January 2021 and previously as a board of director since January 2013, along with having a valuable impact as well on various entities in which he held key positions.

Eng. Ali holds MBA from American University of Sharjah and B.S in Electrical Engineering from Toledo, Ohio-USA. He also holds Mini MBA certificate of leadership from INSEAD, and he is a graduate from Dubai Government leadership program in coordination with The Wharton school of Business, USA. Ali Holds international diploma on health, safety and environment management from British Safety council.

المهندس علي السويدي هو الرئيس التنفيذي للعمليات في القرية العالمية ، كما أنه أحد المؤسسين والقادة المؤثرين في قطاع إدارة المرافق وإدارة الأصول في الشرق الأوسط منذ بداية تأسيس هذا القطاع. يتجلى دوره التطوعي الفعال من خلال المبادرات المختلفة التي كان جزءاَ منها والتي جعلت من إسهاماته سبباً رئيسياً لنمو القطاع في منطقه الشرق الأوسط وخصوصاً دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

يعتبر المهندس علي أحد أبرز الخبراء والمحاضرين في مجال إدارة المرافق على مستوى العالم ، كما أنه متحدثٌ ذو بصيرة يقدم ورش عمل عن أفضل الممارسات في قطاع إدارة المرافق. ومن بين أبرز المهام التي قام بها: شغله منصب تنفيذي أول لإدارة المرافق في أطول برج في العالم – برج خليفة.

بالإضافة إلى كونه أحد الأفراد الرئيسيين الذين ساهموا في تأسيس ونجاح جمعية الشرق الأوسط لإدارة المرافق ، فإنه يمثل أيضاً القطاع دولياً كنائب رئيس مجلس إدارة الجمعية العالمية لإدارة المرافق منذ يناير 2021 وكعضو مجلس إدارة سابق منذ يناير 2013 ، كما كان له تأثيرٌ قيم على مختلف الكيانات التي شغل فيها مناصب رئيسية.

المهندس علي حاصل على ماجستير  إدارة الأعمال من الجامعة الأمريكية بالشارقة ، وعلى بكالوريوس الهندسة الكهربائية من جامعة توليدو ، الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ، وشهاده ماجستير مصغر في  القياده من جامعه انسياد العالميه ، كما أنه خريج برنامج حكومه دبي للقياده بالتعاون مع جامعه وارتون الامريكيه 2008 ، وحائز على دبلوم عالمي في اداره الصحه والسلامه والبيئه من المجلس البريطاني.
