Dr. Hesham is currently the GM of technical affairs at State Properties General Authority. He is involved in activating and applying the international and local standards such as the National Asset and Facilities Management standard and the Saudi Building Code in the governmental buildings and facilities in order to increase the efficiency of buildings using and the protection of the assets & energy management.

He has been a participant in many seminars and conferences & reviewing the National Guide for Asset and Facilities Management, as amended by the Authority for Expenditure Efficiency and Governmental Projects.

يشغل د. هشام منصب مدير إدارة الإدارة العامة للشؤون الفنية بالهيئة العامة لعقارات الدولة، له دور فعال في تفعيل وتطبيق المعايير الدولية والمحلية كالدليل الوطني لإدارة الأصول والمرافق وكود البناء السعودي في مجال المشاريع للمباني المكتبية والطبية غيره في المرافق الحكومية للمساهمة في زيادة كفاءة استخدام المباني وحفظ الأصول والطاقة

مشارك في الكثير من الندوات والمؤتمرات وفي مراجعة الدليل الوطني لادارة الأصول والمرافق المعد من قبل هيئة كفاءة الانفاق والمشروعات الحكومية
